Requiem Por tabaquero Extremeño
Era una muerte anunciada, como las de aquellos que esperan vestidos con un mono naranja en algunas cárceles americanas, pero los condenados y sus familias se negaban a tan nefasta realidad.Tanto es así que el día 18 de Noviembre se trasladaban a Bruselas pacíficamente a manifestarse delante de una Comisaria Europea, que debería ser nombrada "persona nom grata" para Extremadura y sobre todo para la provincia de Cacéres.
El siguiente día 19 llego la noticia de que la sentencia no tenia revisión ni prorroga.
Tengo algunas sensaciones que no confirmaciones pero llegaran a averiguar se, la Ministra Elena Espinosa tiene vendido el tabaco y a los tabaqueros extremeños a cambio de que los frutales y horticolas se salven de la quema, esta es una impresión que dejaba traslucir la ministra en su comparescencia ante los medios de comunicación social, su falta de argumentos y su convencimineto cuando hablo del tabaco eran evidentes para quien observe con alguna atención.
Y para mi lo peor es que el gobierno de España y de la Junta en vez de reconocer la derrota, quieran decir y digan sin empacho, que el acuerdo deja puertas abiertas, ¿ abiertas a que?, si son puertas abiertas a la desaparición del cultivo, seguro.
En vez de buscar explicaciones, hay que buscar alternativas, que no son fáciles, para La Vera y la comarca del Valle del Alagón, que junto con El Campo Arañuelo , si por fin se cierra Almaraz, y en esta época de crisis profunda, y cuya solución yo solo la veo para después del año 2012, las llevara a la miseria.
No cabe duda de que una medida de solución seria destinar los fondos que lleguen para Desarrollo Rural, directamente a los agricultores y explotaciones, dado que podían destinarse a la mejora de producciones históricas vinculadas al mantenimiento de trabajo e incluso como cultivos que tienda a ser ecológicos.
De todas formas y analizando los Pros y contras de la C.E. para Extremadura, yo lanzaría dos mensajes que si os parece podéis pasar todos los que leáis este blog.
